在今天汉语课上, 老师告诉我们中国人考到驾驶执照以后, 在车贴一个标语说: ‘新手上路, 请多关照’. 在西班牙我们把车贴上一个L, 意思是说我们刚刚获得驾驶执照. 不同的是, 在西班牙是义务的.

老师也告诉我们现在许多中国人在考驾照是因为你有更多机会找到工作. 然而很多人获得驾驶执照以后没有机会锻炼他们的能力, 因为在中国很多家庭没有车.我想知道在中国获得执照多少钱, 你知道吗?

我写这个小的文章是因为要记住驾驶执照这个词也是练习我的写作.朋友刚刚告诉我在重庆需要2000元才能学车考到C 着. 他们也说有中国人把车贴一个标语说: ‘请别吻我’.

西班牙人一般都不知道重庆. 在我家他们知道北京上海还有广州. 其他的中国城市一般人都不知道. 我觉得在重庆的西班牙人很少.

在我居住在这里最后的两年里我只认识两个西班牙人. 说实话, 我认识更多, 但是一般都是游人或者商人. 商人一般是来投资和洽谈生意的, 但是来这里的时间一般不会很长. 我认为在重庆没有西班牙和中国的合资企业. 还有一些西班牙人经常来重庆. 他们是来重庆收养孩子的夫妇.

你知道越来越多西班牙人来中国收养孩子. 以前不是这样, 大部分人不收养孩子, 或者如果收养孩子的话他们会去其他的国家. 他们说来中国收养因为手续比较简单而且中国宝宝很可爱. 

2003年12月科皮特死了. 它四十岁. 你们可能在问科皮特是谁. 它是一只被西班牙动物学家于一九六六年在几内亚的森林中发现的大猩猩. 从小的时候就一直住在巴赛罗那动物园,并且是那里最有名的动物. 它成为了这个城市的象征.

老人和孩子们都喜欢它.科皮特最重要的特征是它有白色的毛. 虽然它重一百四十公斤左右, 身高一百七十厘米, 但西班牙人都觉得它很可爱, 很贪玩. 它一生中有三个妻子, 二十一个儿子. 它的儿子没有一个有科皮特的白色的毛.它是世界上唯一的白猩猩, 也是我小时候最喜欢的动物.

No sé cuándo realmente empezó este fenómeno, pero desde que estoy en China he visto occidentales anunciando todo tipo de productos en los más de sesenta canales con los que cuenta este país. La razón por la que los chinos nos emplean para sus anuncios la desconozco. Quizás sea por nuestro supuesto exotismo o porque nos ven, sobre todo a europeos y americanos, como modelos de éxito.

En uno de mis primeros posts ya hablé del pesado de Dashan, el cual aparece por todos lados. Pero además de este simpático canadiense, muchos otros extranjeros hemos sucumbido y acabado vendiendo nuestra imagen occidental a la locura china, ya sea en anuncios, telenovelas, revistas de moda o concursos varios tipo Crónicas Marcianas. 

Sin ir más lejos este fin de semana volví a venderme en cuerpo y alma y participé en un pase de modelos junto a las representates de Letonia, Eritrea, Togo, Ciudad del Vaticano, Turkmenistán, Belize, Taiwán y Siria. Claro está, la victoria fue para la más guapa.

Last time I was in Catalonia I bought a porró and I brought it to China to show my students and friends. El porró is a Catalan jar made of glass we Catalans use to drink wine but sometimes we also fill it with other drinks like beer. It has two holes: one big to pour the liquid and one small to drink.

In China this curious jar has been very welcomed and lately with some French friends we have even done a “titit” competition, that is to repeat the word “titit” as many times as possible while drinking from it.  

In the film “La teta y la luna” from the Catalan director Bigas Luna there is a scene where many porrons appear in the sky. I like this film a lot partly because he talks about the Catalan and Spanish culture through our daily life symbols. We could say that it gives more importance to the fact of raising el porró than to raise the national flag or sing the national anthem.
